I wish I could get lawyers to stop sending support emails with pdf attachments instead of just throwing the content in the body of the email. I know why they do this, in law school they beat into us how you need to have a copy of everything in the “file”, but it drives me nuts. Maybe I just need to create a service that automatically converts emails to nicely formatted pdf letters for their file.
